Preseason Start Dates: August 31st / September 1st
Your start date is dependent on which group you are in.
The schedule will be very similar to previous years' preseason practice times.
NORTH - Bountiful (845 N 400 E, Bountiful, UT)
HS Boys: Tuesday / Thursday
HS Girls: Monday / Wednesday
Youth: Monday / Wednesday
SOUTH - Skyridge High School
HS Boys: Tuesday / Thursday
JR High: Monday / Wednesday
Elementary: Monday / Wednesday
*Practice days are subject to change to ensure the best possible training opportunities.
World Team practices are still being determined.
*World Team will have stricter criteria this year. Parents and wrestlers, please make sure you understand the criteria before registering. World Team is not a replacement for National Team. The full criteria will be available soon.

Youth wrestlers whose football season ends during preseason DO NOT have to wait to begin training. They may attend as soon as they are ready.
