August Training Begins: August 18th
August training is for high school wrestlers and 7th/8th graders attending Super 32 or PNL Fall Nationals ONLY. Please do not request permission for your wrestler to attend if they do not meet these criteria.
This is not one of our regular preseason training groups. It is an add-on training group and requires separate registration. Registration for this group will be open later this week.
Practice Dates: August 18th, 20th, 25th, 26th and 27th @ 6:30 PM, August 22nd @ 9am

Parent Meetings: The meeting will be posted August 17th!
Parent meetings will be done ONLINE this year.
All parents must complete the parent meeting questionnaire before their athlete can participate in preseason or regular season training.
These meetings are important to the culture of our program and ensure that parents are aware of all changes, updates, and initiatives for the 2026–2027 season.

Preseason Start Dates: August 31st / September 1st
Your start date is dependent on which group you are in.
The schedule will be very similar to previous years' preseason practice times.
NORTH - Bountiful (845 N 400 E, Bountiful, UT)
HS Boys: Tuesday / Thursday
HS Girls: Monday / Wednesday
Youth: Monday / Wednesday
SOUTH - Sky Ridge High School
HS Boys: Tuesday / Thursday
JR High: Monday / Wednesday
Elementary: Monday / Wednesday
*Practice days are subject to change to ensure the best possible training opportunities.
World Team practices are still being determined.
*World Team will have stricter criteria this year. Parents and wrestlers, please make sure you understand the criteria before registering. World Team is not a replacement for National Team. The full criteria will be available soon.

Youth wrestlers whose football season ends during preseason DO NOT have to wait to begin training. They may attend as soon as they are ready.
