Parent Meeting: All parents must complete the parent meeting questionnaire and code of conduct questionnaire before their athlete can participate in preseason or regular season training.

Winter Season Start Date: November 9th/10th
Your start date is dependent on which group you are in.
The schedule will be very similar to previous years' preseason practice times.
NORTH - Bountiful (845 N 400 E, Bountiful, UT)
HS Boys National Team: Mondays 7-8:30pm
HS Girls: Monday 7-8:30pm
SWA HS Boys Group: Tuesdays 7-8:30pm
Youth Girls (4th-9th Grade Only): Tuesdays 4:45pm-6:30pm and Wednesdays 6:45pm-8:30pm
Elementary National Team: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday 4:30pm-6:30pm
Jr High National Team: Mondays 5:00pm-7:00pm, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays 6:30pm-8:15pm
SOUTH - Skyridge High School
HS Boys: TBD
JR High: TBD
Elementary: TBD
*Practice days are subject to change to ensure the best possible training opportunities.
World Team practices are still being determined.
*World Team will have stricter criteria this year. Parents and wrestlers, please make sure you understand the criteria before registering. World Team is not a replacement for National Team. The full criteria will be available soon.

UVU vs Iowa State Dual - Nov 6th - UCCU Center: This is their biggest dual of the year and they are trying to sell out the UCCU center! Can’t Hold Me Down Camp - Nov 7th - REGISTER HERE before spots fill up!
SWA Lockdown - November 13th - SWA Bountiful - 5pm-11pm (National Team 8th grade and younger. We will also do wrestle offs this night, starting at 6pm to determine our Christmas Clash team and our Charger Duals team. Dinner will be provided)
Charger Duals - November 20th - Corner Canyon High School (Team will be determined through wrestle offs during the SWA Lockdown)
Charger Classic - November 21st
