SWA’s Covid-19

1.     All parents who wish for their child to participate will execute a waiver accepting full responsibility pertaining all risks, known and unknown, pertaining to Covid-19.

2.     Wrestlers must be 45 minutes early for a pre-camp protocol. This will include:

a.     Taking every wrestlers temperature.

b.     Having all wrestlers use hand sanitizer and/or defense wipes on their hands and arms before entering the facility. This will be done under SWA Staff supervision.

c.     Camp participants will then be guided to their section of mat. Mats will be divided to allow for social distancing.

d.     Wrestler check-in station will follow social distancing guidelines.

3.     Practices will be limited to 50 participants or less per session.

4.  Your wrestler will practice with the same group every camp session. In addition, each wrestler will be assigned a partner with whom they must practice every session.  If your wrestler's partner is not at camp, your wrestler will not be permitted to participate on that day. This will help us minimize the contact between our athletes. Athletes will have one on one contact with only one other athlete.

5.  We will stagger camp sessions in order to fully clean practice the facility between each session;

a.     All mats will be disinfected.

b.     All bathrooms will be disinfected

c.      Other needed surfaces will be disinfected (any surfaces in which contact was made).

6.  No parents, siblings or any additional persons will be permitted in the practice facility;

7.  SWA will have at least two supervising adults for each practice.

8.  Camp will broadcast each practice on Zoom for the parents whose children are currently in that session;

9.  Practice start times will begin in the morning and afternoon in order to make sure we can limit the practices to 50 participants.

10.     Your wrestler may not practice if:

a.  He/she has any of the following symptoms: cough, shortness of breath, fever, chills, muscle pain, headache, sore throat or a temperature of 100.4 or higher.

b.  If your wrestler displays any of these symptoms, he/she will be immediately sent home. Parents, please do not put us in a situation to have to send your wrestlers home. Please contact us immediately if your child displays any of the symptoms above.

c.  If you, your wrestler, and/or siblings have been exposed to someone with Covid-19 symptoms in the previous 14 days.

11. Camp is limited to participants from the following neighboring states only: Idaho, Wyoming and Montana.
